Shakespeare Galaxy® Style 5228 8′ Heavy-duty Extension Mast- Reduced length version

Constructed of high-quality Shakespeare white fiberglass, and finished to match Galaxy antennas. This 1-1/2″ diameter extension mast can be used to increase height of an antenna and thus improve effective range, or to boost placement of an antenna above on-board obstructions.

IMPORTANT! If the combined length of your antenna and all extensions is more than 8′, you MUST use an upper support bracket

• Stainless steel upper and lower ferrules with standard 1″ – 14 thread
• Mount: A Style 409-R or 410-R Mounting Kit is required
• One section, actual length 95″

Shakespeare Galaxy Style 5228 8’heavy-duty extended mast-reduced length version is made of high-quality Shakespeare white fiberglass and is matched with the Galaxy antenna. An extension pole with a diameter of 1-1/2 inches can be used to increase the height of the antenna, thereby increasing the effective range, or to place the antenna above an obstacle in the vehicle.
